Privacy Policy
WPReadme Preview is designed to respect your privacy. This policy explains what happens to data when you use wpreadme.ir.
Readme content stays in your browser
The readme.txt text you paste or upload is processed entirely in your browser with JavaScript. It is never sent to, stored on, or logged by our servers. When you close the tab, the content is discarded; nothing about your plugin is retained between visits.
Local storage
We store a single preference key (your light/dark theme choice) in your browser's local storage so the site remembers how you like it displayed. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings without affecting functionality.
Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager to collect anonymous usage statistics such as page views, referrers, and approximate location. These analytics may set cookies on your device. You can block them with any ad blocker or browser setting, and every feature of this tool keeps working.
No accounts, no data sales
There is no registration and no login, so we have no user database. Because we do not collect personal information, we never sell or share personal data with anyone.
Third-party pages
This site links to third-party websites such as the WordPress.org developer documentation and social profiles. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Donations
Donations are handled on public blockchain networks such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. Transactions are pseudonymous and permanently visible on the respective ledgers. We cannot link a transaction to your identity unless you choose to tell us who you are.
Changes and contact
Material changes to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date. For privacy questions or data removal requests, email parsadeng@gmail.com or reach the developer through any channel listed on the contact page and mention privacy in your message.
